These Terms and Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your access to and use of <strong>tianascloset.com<\/strong> (the \u201cWebsite\u201d) and your purchase and use of sewing patterns, digital products, licences, services, and other products offered through the Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout these Terms, \u201cTiana\u2019s Closet,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d and \u201cour\u201d refer to Tiana\u2019s Closet. \u201cYou\u201d and \u201cyour\u201d refer to any visitor, customer, purchaser, or user of the Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By accessing the Website, creating an account, placing an order, downloading a product, or otherwise using our products or services, you agree to these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase our products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. About Our Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tiana\u2019s Closet primarily sells <strong>digital sewing patterns and related digital products<\/strong>. Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, no physical product will be shipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the product, your purchase may include files such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PDF sewing patterns;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A4 and\/or US Letter home-printing files;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A0\/copy-shop files;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>projector files;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sewing instructions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>supplementary pattern or instruction files; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other digital resources described in the applicable product listing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The exact files, sizes, formats, and contents included with a purchase are stated on the relevant product page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are responsible for reviewing the product description, size range, fabric recommendations, skill level, file formats, and other information before purchasing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Digital Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Digital products are generally made available after successful payment through one or more of the following methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a download link on the order confirmation page;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a download link sent to the email address provided during checkout; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the <strong>My Account > Downloads<\/strong> section for customers with an account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to your account and order information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you experience difficulty accessing your files, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:tianasclosetpatterns@gmail.com\"><strong>tianasclosetpatterns@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may occasionally need to resend, replace, correct, or update a digital file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Software, Printing and Technical Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our patterns are digital files and require compatible software and equipment to view, print, or project them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For layered PDF patterns, we generally recommend opening the files using a compatible desktop PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Some mobile devices, browsers, PDF applications, printers, or projector software may not support all pattern features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is your responsibility to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>use appropriate software;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>select the correct paper size;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>print at the specified scale;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>check the test square before printing the full pattern;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>correctly assemble printed pages where required;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>correctly calibrate projector equipment; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>follow the printing and sewing instructions supplied with the pattern.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tiana\u2019s Closet is not responsible for printing costs, paper or fabric waste, or other expenses caused by incorrect printer settings, incorrect scaling, incompatible software, projector calibration, or failure to follow the supplied instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Licence to Use Sewing Patterns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Purchasing a sewing pattern does <strong>not<\/strong> transfer copyright or ownership of the pattern to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless a product listing or separate licence expressly provides otherwise, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the pattern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">You may:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>download and use the pattern for your own sewing projects;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>print copies reasonably necessary for your own use;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>store reasonable backup copies on your personal devices or private storage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>send the file to a commercial print shop solely to print a copy for your own permitted use; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sell finished physical garments made using the pattern on a small-scale basis, unless the individual product listing states otherwise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">You may not:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sell, resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the pattern;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>share the digital pattern files with another person;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>give copies of the digital or printed pattern to friends, customers, students, employees, businesses, or other third parties except where expressly permitted by a separate licence;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>upload the files to file-sharing websites, social media groups, shared drives, forums, marketplaces, or public platforms;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reproduce the pattern for resale;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>trace, digitize, copy, extract, or reproduce the pattern for the purpose of creating another sewing pattern for sale or distribution;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sell or distribute a modified, graded, traced, digitized, translated, or otherwise altered version of the pattern;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>claim the pattern, instructions, illustrations, grading, or other included materials as your own work;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use the files to provide patternmaking or pattern-distribution services to third parties; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>remove copyright or ownership notices for the purpose of misrepresenting the source of the pattern.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Modification of a Tiana\u2019s Closet pattern does not transfer ownership of the original pattern or permit the modified pattern to be resold or distributed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Selling Finished Garments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless otherwise stated in the applicable product listing, you may sell <strong>finished physical garments<\/strong> that you personally make using Tiana\u2019s Closet sewing patterns on a small-scale basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This permission applies to the finished garment only. It does not give you permission to sell, share, distribute, or sublicense the pattern itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A separate <strong>Commercial Manufacturing Licence<\/strong> may be required where a pattern is being used for purposes such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>factory or industrial production;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contracted manufacturing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>production for a clothing brand;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>high-volume commercial production;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>providing production pattern files to a manufacturer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>manufacturing garments for third-party brands or clients; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>obtaining DXF, RUL, CAD, or other production-specific files.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The terms of a Commercial Manufacturing Licence are additional to these Terms and will govern where they differ from these general Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Classroom, Workshop and Educational Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A standard individual sewing-pattern purchase does not permit distribution of the pattern to students or participants in a class, workshop, sewing group, school, event, or other organized instructional setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each participant must have a properly licensed copy of the pattern unless the instructor or organizer has purchased an applicable <strong>Classroom Licence<\/strong> from Tiana\u2019s Closet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Classroom Licences may contain limits relating to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>number of students;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>event location;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>number of events;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>printing permissions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>download access;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>coupon use; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>licence duration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where a Classroom Licence has been purchased, the specific terms of that licence apply in addition to these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Free Sewing Patterns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Patterns offered free of charge remain protected by copyright.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Making a pattern available for free does not place the pattern in the public domain and does not give permission to sell, redistribute, upload, reproduce, or claim ownership of the pattern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any specific licence terms displayed with a free pattern will apply to that pattern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Copyright and Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless otherwise stated, all content made available through Tiana\u2019s Closet, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sewing patterns;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pattern pieces;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pattern grading;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sewing instructions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>technical drawings;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>illustrations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>photographs and product imagery;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>graphics;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>logos;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>written content;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>website content; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>downloadable files<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">is owned by or licensed to Tiana\u2019s Closet and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No content may be reproduced, distributed, republished, sold, or commercially exploited except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by written permission from Tiana\u2019s Closet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you believe that Tiana\u2019s Closet content is being used or distributed without authorization, please contact <a href=\"mailto:tianasclosetpatterns@gmail.com\"><strong>tianasclosetpatterns@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Pattern Fit and Finished Results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sewing patterns are provided based on the measurements, sizing information, drafting specifications, and intended fit described with each pattern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Individual body shape, posture, fabric choice, fabric stretch, sewing technique, printing accuracy, personal fit preference, and alterations can affect the final result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>comparing their measurements with the applicable size chart;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>selecting an appropriate size;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reviewing finished garment measurements where provided;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>choosing suitable fabric;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>making personal fit adjustments where necessary; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>constructing the garment according to the instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We cannot guarantee that a particular size will fit every individual without alteration or that a finished garment will look exactly like product photographs, illustrations, samples, or promotional images.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Product photographs, digital renderings, illustrations, and styled images are intended to demonstrate the design and general appearance of the finished garment. Actual results may vary depending on fabric, colour, construction, fit adjustments, styling, and individual body proportions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Pattern Errors and Corrections<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We make reasonable efforts to draft, grade, test, prepare, and describe our patterns accurately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, sewing patterns and instructions may occasionally contain typographical errors, drafting errors, formatting problems, missing information, or other mistakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you believe there is an error in a pattern, please contact us with your order information and a description of the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where appropriate, we may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>provide clarification;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>provide a corrected file;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>update the downloadable product; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>provide another reasonable solution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to update or improve pattern files and instructions from time to time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Prices and Currency<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the Website or during checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, or other payment provider uses a different currency, it may apply its own exchange rate or currency-conversion fee. These charges are determined by the payment provider and are not controlled by Tiana\u2019s Closet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices may change at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are not required to provide a retroactive discount or refund because a product is later offered at a lower price or included in a promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Taxes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applicable sales taxes, value-added taxes, or other transaction taxes may be charged where required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The amount of tax, if any, may depend on factors including your location, billing information, applicable tax legislation, or the services of our payment or e-commerce providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges that are legally your responsibility and are not collected during checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment must be successfully completed before digital products are delivered unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal, Stripe, or other payment services made available through the Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tiana\u2019s Closet does not directly store your complete credit-card information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use of a third-party payment service may also be subject to that provider\u2019s own terms and privacy policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Order Acceptance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to refuse or cancel an order, including in cases involving:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>suspected fraud;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unauthorized payment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>technical or pricing errors;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>misuse of discount codes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>violation of these Terms;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unauthorized redistribution of our products; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other unlawful or abusive activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we cancel a paid order before the applicable digital product or service has been supplied, we will provide any refund required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because our sewing patterns are digital products that can be downloaded and retained, purchases are generally <strong>final once the digital files have been downloaded, accessed, or otherwise supplied<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Except where required by applicable law, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations merely because:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>you changed your mind;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you purchased the wrong pattern;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you selected the wrong size;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you did not read the product description;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you expected a physical product;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you do not have suitable software or printing equipment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you experience fit issues that can reasonably require individual alterations; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you no longer wish to use the pattern.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, receive an incorrect or defective file, or experience another genuine problem with your order, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:tianasclosetpatterns@gmail.com\"><strong>tianasclosetpatterns@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a> so that we can review the circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, repair, replacement, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customers with statutory withdrawal rights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certain jurisdictions provide consumers with statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights for online purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where applicable law allows a consumer\u2019s right of withdrawal for digital content to end once downloading or access begins, immediate delivery may be conditional upon the customer expressly requesting immediate supply and acknowledging that beginning the download or access may result in the loss of that withdrawal right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded remain unaffected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. Promotions, Coupons and Discount Codes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Discount codes, coupons, sale prices, or promotional offers may be subject to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>expiration dates;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>usage limits;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>product restrictions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>customer restrictions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>minimum purchase requirements; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other conditions stated with the promotion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless expressly stated otherwise:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>discounts cannot be exchanged for cash;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>multiple discount codes may not be combined;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>expired promotions will not be extended;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>discounts will not normally be applied retroactively to completed orders; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>misuse, duplication, resale, or unauthorized distribution of restricted coupon codes is prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Classroom or event-specific coupon codes are governed by the applicable Classroom Licence terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. Customer Accounts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may be able to create a customer account to access purchases and downloads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity conducted through your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may not allow an account to be used as a means of sharing purchased patterns with other people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe that it is being used for unauthorized file sharing, fraud, infringement, or another material violation of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18. Availability of Downloads<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers with accounts may be able to re-download purchased products through their account while the relevant Website and download service remain available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recommend maintaining your own secure backup copy of purchased files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although we aim to maintain reasonable access to purchased digital products, we cannot guarantee permanent or uninterrupted hosting of any specific file, product, Website feature, or account service indefinitely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">19. Website Availability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We aim to keep the Website functioning reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Website may occasionally be unavailable because of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>maintenance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hosting problems;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>software updates;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>internet outages;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>security issues;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>third-party service failures; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>circumstances outside our reasonable control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Website when reasonably necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">20.
